INSURANCE AND BILLING
We will file insurance claims for the following listed plans only. We do not bill secondary insurances or third party payors, including workman's compensation. Unless we are contracted with your insurance, payment in full is due at the time of service.Copays are due at the time of visit. Patients will receive an explanation of benefits from their insurance company outlining payments, discounts, and any patient responsibility for services rendered in our office. The patient portion due to our office is due immediately and is not contingent on receiving a bill from our office.
