Our office is proud to offer you the most up to date treatments in allergy, natural hormone therapy, nutritional support, and natural health support, including supplements.

Our facility is located near Stratford Mall on Gary Avenue, one block north of Army Trail Road in Bloomingdale. Gary Ave to Scott Drive, turn east, turn right into our parking lot.

Please plan to be at our office 15 minutes before your appointment time so that paperwork can be completed. We strongly suggest you allow enough time for traffic problems and getting lost. First time appointments are 40 minutes (including reviewing your records) and Dr. Epperly tries his best to stick to his schedule. If you arrive late for any reason, we will do what we can with your remaining appointment time but you may be asked to reschedule so that the following patients are not inconvenienced.

If you decide not to keep your appointment PLEASE call to cancel as soon as possible so that patients who are anxiously waiting can be seen.

Dr. Epperly makes every effort to address your concerns; but we understand that your problems are complex and cannot reasonably be managed in one 40 minute visit. It’s helpful if you are clear on what you’d like to accomplish at this visit and convey that to the doctor. A brief written summary of your problems and previous treatments which quickly brings the doctor up to date will facilitate your visit and allow more time to focus on a present course of treatment. Bring any pertinent medical records, test results, (two years is usually plenty), medications and supplements (lists), date of last pap and mammogram if applicable, and anything else that may help the doctor to better understand your condition. Before you leave, be sure you are satisfied with your care and understand your health care plan.

We ask that you do not wear any scented products, (colognes, hair products, scented soaps, lotions, and deodorants) to the office as they will interfere with allergy testing.
